How do I know what I'll pay per session?
When you book through Headway, your insurance benefits are verified before your first appointment. Headway will show you your estimated cost — including copay, coinsurance, or deductible amounts — so there are no surprises.
What if my insurance isn't listed?
If you don't see your plan above, you may still be able to receive care. Visit Juliana's Headway profile to check current plan availability — it is updated regularly as new insurers are added.
Is telehealth covered by insurance?
Yes — most major insurance plans now cover telehealth appointments at the same rate as in-person visits. Juliana offers virtual care, making it easy to attend sessions from wherever you are most comfortable.
How does billing work through Headway?
Headway handles all billing and insurance claims on your behalf. You add your insurance information when you create your account, and you are only billed after your session — at the verified in-network rate. No paperwork, no surprise bills.
